A balanced commercial litigation role for an Associate or Senior Associate level lawyer who wants quality disputes work, realistic expectations and the stability of a national firm.

The Melbourne team handles a steady mix of contractual disputes, insurance related claims, property and construction issues, and regulatory matters. What You’ll Be Doing
You will manage a manageable portfolio of matters while contributing to a collaborative team that values open communication.

• Handling commercial and insurance related disputes suited to your level
• Drafting advices, pleadings, witness statements and briefs
• Attending mediations, conferences and some court events
• Working closely with partners on strategy and case planning
• Providing clear, practical updates to commercial clients
• Supporting large group or multi party matters when required

What You’ll Bring
• 4-6 years' Commercial Litigation experience gained in private practice
• Confident drafting skills and attention to detail
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management
• A calm,



organised approach to file and time management
