You’ll use your musculoskeletal and workplace assessment expertise to influence programs, mentor peers, and help refine an innovative, evidence-based service model. With robust admin support, consultants typically achieve their billable hours per day efficiently, spending their time where it adds the most value: building relationships, solving problems, and driving outcomes. About the Role

- Lead comprehensive functional and workplace assessments and design personalised rehab plans
- Collaborate virtually with clients, employers, treating teams and insurers to drive return-to-function outcomes
- Adjust plans based on progress and document efficiently (with admin support to protect your billables)
- Contribute ideas to program design and service innovation
- Attend case conferences, team huddles and ongoing PD (primarily virtual)
- Champion evidence-based interventions (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy, cognitive retraining).

Short-term hourly office space available in Canberra if you prefer a change of scene
- Team & Mentoring: Accessible leadership and senior rehab mentors; regular virtual touchpoints, Sydney-based support network, Perth-based mentor for rehab process; 2–3 trips to Sydney annually for team connection and 2–3 to Perth for PD.

What you will need:

- - Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
