About the Firm
Our client is a long established personal injury law firm with a strong presence across metropolitan and regional Victoria. With more than fifty staff, the firm manages a wide variety of injury related matters including workplace claims, TAC and road accident matters, public liability issues and medical negligence claims. Their approach is grounded in consistency, clear communication and practical support for injured clients.
What You Will Be Doing
You will lead the personal injury practice in South East Melbourne while managing a portfolio of complex plaintiff matters and supporting the broader operations.
- Take overall responsibility for the PI practice
- Manage higher complexity or strategically important claims
- Guide junior lawyers on file handling and case direction
- Review systems and support efficiency of the practice
- Collaborate with leadership across offices
- Contribute to planning and operational decision making
What You Will Bring
- Current experience in a Partner-level plaintiff PI role with proven leadership abilities
- Transferrable practice highly advantageous
- Confidence managing complex PI matters
- Strong ability to supervise, mentor and lead a team
- Transparent communication and a steady approach
