✨Support on Offer:

- Gradual increase of Caseload from when you start
- Weekly 1:1 Supervision with a Senior Occupational Therapist with 8+ years experience
- Mentoring from an experienced team of OT's - 2 Senior OT's, and 3 early career OT's (1-3 years experience)
- Access $1000 CPD Allowance & fortnightly team trainings internally
- Each OT specialises in a different interest area, so they can provide tailored support that suits your caseload
- Admin team who take care of scheduling & invoicing, so you just focus on providing quality therapy
- Caseload can be tailored to your areas of interest

✨Your Caseload:

- 90% NDIS, 10% Private clients & increasing DVA/ Return to work starting in the current year
- Mixed Ages Caseload (65% Adults, 25% Paediatrics & 10% Aged Care)
- Hybrid Role - get support in the clinic, then consolidate your learned skills in community settings
- Diagnoses you will support (not exclusive): (Adults) Acquired Brain Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Cerebral palsy, and spinal cord injuries conditions. (Paediatrics) ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, Sensory Processing Disorder

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
