About the Role
You’ll provide evidence-based OT services across a mixed caseload, with predominantly paediatric clients. You’ll work from a mixture of their office/WFH, as well as out in the community, supporting clients across Adelaide.
You’ll enjoy autonomy, flexible days, and a team that genuinely backs your growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred OT services across paediatrics and mixed caseloads
- Work within the NDIS, Medicare and private clients
- Provide assessments, therapy, home programs, reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with a small, nurturing team and contribute to service growth
- Manage your own caseload with robust admin support
(must have your own car)

- $90,000–$110,000 + Super (negotiable)

- PD allowance – $1,000 (with flexibility to increase)

Who We’re Looking For
- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
- 1–2 years’ experience (NDIS experience preferred)
- Confident or passionate about paediatrics
- Someone positive, warm and eager to grow
- A clinician who enjoys autonomy but also being part of a supportive team
- Own car for community travel
