The Role

This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the Senior Fund Accounting Manager, taking ownership of financial reporting and statutory accounts for funds holding commercial property assets. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and insight across financial statements, management reports, and board papers.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of monthly financials, annual and half-year statutory accounts
- Maintenance of the fixed assets register
- Preparation of joint venture financial statements and liaison with JV partners and financiers
- Preparation of monthly drawdown statements for financiers and equity partners
- Updating project feasibilities, including cash flow analysis
- Assisting with monthly board papers,



including cashflow management and feasibility analysis
- Annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Skills & Experience

We’re seeking candidates who bring both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. You will likely come from a qualified services environment or already be working in the property sector, with:

- CA / CPA qualification (or close to completion)
- Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail
- Desire to work in a large, complex property business
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
