About the Role
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to identify psychological, physical, and vocational barriers
- Deliver counselling and vocational guidance to support adjustment, recovery, and career planning
- Design and implement tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans in collaboration with stakeholders
- Liaise with employers, treating practitioners, and insurers to achieve sustainable outcomes
- Manage a diverse caseload with complex psychosocial and vocational needs
- Provide workplace assessments, job-seeking support, and modification recommendations
- Ensure compliance through accurate and timely case notes, reports, and insurer correspondence
- Foster client empowerment, resilience, and wellbeing through education and evidence-based interventions

What you will need:
- - Tertiary qualifications in Psychology OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Full AHPRA OR ASORC registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
