Position: Early Childhood Educator (Cert III / Diploma)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in career development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
- A completed Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Full Working Rights (Must be able to work 5 days full time, this is not a part time or casual position)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
