Your Role:

- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents
- Administer medications and manage care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times




- Offer emotional support and guidance to residents and their families

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
- Registered Nurse experience within Aged Care facility or residential
- Availability to work a variety of shifts which may include morning, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
