ConsultANZ is looking for a Health and Safety Advisor for a FIFO roster position based out of Perth, working on a major mining Infrastructure project in Western Australia.

Main Duties:

- Lead and promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across site operations.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Support site teams with risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and training.
- Ensure compliance with company and client HSE systems, procedures, and legislation.
- Provide proactive safety advice to project managers and site supervisors.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Health & Safety within Mining or Civil Construction projects in Australia.
- Relevant qualification in WHS / OHS (Cert IV or Diploma).
- Solid knowledge of WA Mines Safety & Inspection Act and Regulations.




- Proven ability to engage with the workforce and drive a positive safety culture.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Full working rights in Australia.
