The Opportunity
A highly regarded consultancy is seeking a Senior Remedial / Structural Engineer to join their team in Sydney’s North, near the beach where lifestyle meets career. With a strong pipeline of remedial and residential structural projects, this role offers the chance to step into a senior position where you’ll mentor junior engineers, lead client-facing work, and play a key role in delivering quality outcomes.

The Role
Reporting to a senior director, you’ll:

- Oversee and support a team of engineers at various stages of their careers.
- Provide technical leadership across remedial works and residential structural projects.
- Liaise with strata managers, project managers, and private owners to deliver practical, client-focused solutions.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive culture while advancing your own career development.

About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- 3+ years of experience in remedial engineering and structural design.
- Senior-level expertise (or on the pathway to achieving it).




- Eligibility or registration as a Design Practitioner under NSW DBPA legislation.
- Strong technical capability in managing remedial projects.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills to support junior colleagues.
- Confidence in managing clients and building long-term relationships.
