About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager looking to take the next step in their career. With a salary of $80-85K depending on experience, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy, high-volume venue. This hands-on role suits someone passionate about leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring operations run smoothly.

Position Description

- Oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and entertainment

- Lead and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service

- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS,



and licensing obligations

- Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and daily reporting

- Support the Venue Manager with rostering, training, and operations

- Act as the senior contact point for staff and customers during shifts

Position Requirements

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality

- Strong people management and communication skills

- Proven ability to manage busy, high-volume service environments

- Sound knowledge of compliance, cash handling, and reporting

- Current Victorian RSA and RCG certifications

- Availability for a flexible roster, including nights and weekends
