A Famiy Assistant / Nanny role with a fun twist! Commence Jan 2026!

Location: Bardon
Hours: 28hrs/week (Mon,Tues,Thurs: 3pm - 8pm and Wed: 7am until 8pm) Salary: Up to $45/hr based on your exp (plus super + entitlements)
Minis: 3g, newborn and a fur baby

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Hours from 3:00pm to 5:30pm (daytime Nanny is with children until 530pm)
- Laundry, ironing, changing bed linen
- General tidying and maintaining high standards of cleanliness/organisation
- Family meal preparation
- Errands such as post office, dry cleaning etc

- Co-ordinating repairs/trades/deliveries

- Assistance with managing professional calendars, including scheduling non-clinical commitments such as teaching, research meetings, CPD activities, or report-writing time

- Assistance with tracking expiry dates for mandatory registrations, insurances, certificates, and compliance requirements

- Organising the home office space to support efficient professional work

- Assisting with organisation of business-related travel and accommodation
- Assisting with conference registrations, professional development event planning,



and logistics
- Assisting with tracking deadlines for abstracts, professional submissions, or presentation materials
- Assistance with preparing materials for teaching, presentations or conferences
- Helping coordinate work-related travel and deadlines.

- From 5:30pm to 8:00pm afternoon/evening routine (play, dinner, bath and bedtime)
- Sole-charge on Wednesdays (including family meal preparation that evening)

The perfect fit… A nanny who has proven experience managing busy homes and schedules. You will have excellent communication skills, holding a valid blue card, police check, first aid/CPR, traffic history report and a driver licence. You will be a wonderful presence to be around for all members in a home, which is all backed up by your references!
