Content Creator & Social Media Specialist (Australia)

UGC Content Creator (Freelance or Full-Time) — Remote (Australia-based)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing Australian lifestyle brand to find a hands-on UGC creator who lives and breathes short-form video. You’ll ideate, shoot, edit, and ship content at pace — with a clear POV on what sells in paid and what sticks in organic. If hooks and CTAs are second nature and you can turn concepts into scroll-stopping posts quickly, you’ll love this.

What you’ll do ?

- Create high-performing short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts).
- Full-time: 5–7+ videos/week.
- Freelance: set weekly deliverables by agreement.
- Build and run launch moments: teasers, countdowns, UGC compilations, creator collabs.
- Optimise for paid (conversion, thumb-stopping hook, clear CTA) and organic (retention, saves, shares).
- Own day-to-day across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts (plus FB, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn as relevant).
- Write tight captions, source/brief assets, and produce end-to-end (shooting, lighting, editing).
- Read the data: use platform insights to iterate fast - test hooks, formats, lengths, captions, CTAs.
- Keep the content calendar humming; pivot quickly based on performance.
- Build an authentic community - not just posting, but responding and engaging.

You bring ?

- Portfolio of UGC or short-form ads (please include links).




- Proven feel for what converts vs what builds community.
- Hook/CTA craft: you can pitch 3–5 hook options per concept on the spot.
- Fast production: filming and editing are muscle memory (CapCut/Final Cut/Premiere; Canva is a plus).
- Comfortable on camera and behind it (face-to-cam, voiceover, lifestyle product shots).
- Bonus: experience with AEM / Marketing Cloud / paid social setups (nice-to-have, not a must).
- Based in Australia. Fully remote.
