We're currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our Q Ford team in Springwood.

This is a customer service focussed role where you will become an integral part of the customer journey, helping to deliver a premium experience when customers contact our Service Department. Previous experience in an automotive dealership or similar will be highly regarded, (but is not essential).

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

- Excellent verbal and presentation skills




- A can-do attitude and customer-first mindset
- Prior experience working in a Receptionist role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management
- Confident communication skills - written and verbal
- Maintaining a presentable and welcoming front-of-house area
- The ability to work in a team workplace
