The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Kindergarten Teacher (ECT) to lead a high-quality kindergarten program.

You will bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, using your skills to:

- Design and implement a stimulating, play-based curriculum aligned with EYLF and Aspire’s Grow, Learn & Connect framework
- Mentor and support educators within your room to achieve excellence in practice
- Build strong relationships with families, children, and your team
- Create engaging environments that foster creativity, curiosity, and confidence

About You

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- VIT Registration (Provisional or Full)
- Demonstrated understanding of quality,



compliance, and curriculum planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional education and care
