ConsultANZ is looking for a skilled and experienced Piling Supervisor to join a Perth-based project with a leading contractor renowned for delivering self-performed piling works. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with deep expertise in CFA, bored, driven, and diaphragm wall piling to take on a pivotal leadership role across complex civil infrastructure developments.

About the Role

- Based in Perth, Western Australia, working on high-profile infrastructure projects
- Hands-on supervisory role leading piling and ground engineering operations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate piling works for large-scale civil structures, including bridges and retaining walls
- Supervise and support crews operating piling rigs and specialist ground improvement equipment
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and technical requirements
- Drive and maintain a strong safety-first culture, ensuring OH&S; compliance on-site
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, including labour, plant operators, and subcontractors
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to junior engineers and leading hands




- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget

What You Will Bring

- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in civil infrastructure, with a focus on piling and ground improvement
- Strong technical expertise across CFA, bored, driven, diaphragm wall, secant, and sheet piling methods
- Solid knowledge of Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems in construction
- Solid leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate site teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to plan works effectively, troubleshoot issues, and ensure delivery against schedule and cost targets
