About the role

Wingham Services Club, a part of the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club Group is seeking an talented and passionate Casual Cook to join our dynamic team. As a Casual Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our valued customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative environment, with competitive pay and benefits package. This is a casual role based at Wingham, NSW

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu and customer requirements

- Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented to the highest standards

- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes

- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies

- Providing excellent customer service and responding to any customer inquiries or feedback

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

- Robust time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient meal preparation

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards





- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

- Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
