Now Hiring: Security Architect

Location: Northwest Sydney, NSW
Employment Type: 6 months contract role with high possibility of extension.
Working Flexibility: 3 days onsite (Hybrid work)

Role Summary: We’re seeking a Security Architect to provide day-to-day security architecture support, focusing on design reviews and security guidance for people systems, business applications, and our group data platform, including AI and agentic components. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct security design reviews for business applications, people systems, and data platforms.
- Provide expert security advice to project teams and stakeholders.
- Support implementation and improvement of security controls aligned with CIS and NIST frameworks.
- Advise on threat modeling approaches (e.g., STRIDE, LMT).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to security best practices.
- Enhance security posture for AI and agentic systems within the data platform.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Security Architect in large enterprise environments.
- Strong familiarity with CIS and/or NIST security frameworks.
- Experience with threat modeling methodologies such as STRIDE or LMT.
- Expertise in security design for cloud, data, and application platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to develop and maintain security architecture documentation and standards.




- Experience with incident response planning and investigations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
