Shifts: Day Shifts 0830 to 2000 NOTE: * Must be able full fill the whole block specified* Allowances:

- Return airfares from Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne to Coffs Harbour capped at $450 return
- Accommodation provided (must be willing to share accommodation and we are unable to accommodate pets)
- Use of hire vehicle if required

Credentials:

NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
