About the Role

Step into a role where you can take true ownership of your work. You will manage your own portfolio of residential property files from start to finish, applying your property settlement / conveyancing experience in end-to-end mortgage settlements and file verification.



Supported by our best-in-class systems, you’ll enjoy autonomy while collaborating with key stakeholders and leveraging efficient, automated processes.

Your key responsibilities

- Reviewing and checking executed mortgage documentation

- Conducting online searches

- Liaising with Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers, Solicitors, and major Australian banks

- Managing disbursements and certifying files

- Overseeing both attended and PEXA settlements

- General file management and administration duties

About You

We are searching for an organised, confident qualified with a passion for delivering outstanding results. You approach challenges with a positive and flexible mindset and are known for your meticulous attention to detail.

To Succeed, You Will Need

- No less than 12 months experience in end-to-end Mortgage Settlements or Conveyancing, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment working to strict SLAs

- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative attitude

- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities, with a proven talent for meeting deadlines

- Intermediate MS Office skills

- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy

- A drive to excel in a high-performance, deadline-driven team
