Our client, Eternal Innovation Pty Ltd T/A GD Building Supplies, is seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Retail Manager to lead its expanding retail operations. With a flagship store in Cooper Plains and a newly opened location in Yatala, QLD, the business is continuing to grow and is looking for a results-driven professional to guide this next stage of success. The recent Yatala store is now looking for a full time Retail Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day operations and drive performance as the location establishes and scales.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing retail teams, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, driving sales and performance targets, managing staff rosters and training, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring the highest standards of store presentation and service. Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for overseeing the operations of a retail store

Duties:

- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose creative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance

Qualification:

- AQF Diploma or

Higher

- 3-5 years of experience in related field

Salary:

- $75,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation
