Exciting Opportunity at AWI – Educational & Migration Agency!

AWI, a boutique immigration practice based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, is seeking a Migration and Education Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, including our principal Registered Migration Agent and Managing Director.

This is a casual position from 9:00 to 5:00, with office hours subject to variation depending on operational needs.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will support a highly skilled Registered Migration Agent (RMA) across a range of responsibilities, including client bookings, international student enrolments, visa application preparation, communication with clients and partners, file management, and general administrative support. This hands-on position offers exposure to various areas of Australian migration law and international student recruitment,



with direct mentoring and opportunities for professional growth.

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (advanced English)

2. Strong research and analytical ability

3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

4. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

5. Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity in client interactions

6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

7. Previous experience as a Migration Assistant or within a migration agency is highly desirable

8. Experience working in an Educational Agency or using Migration Manager is an advantage

9. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

10. Ability to follow procedures and take initiative when needed

11. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

12. Capability to work independently and within a small team environment
