? What You’ll Be Doing
Build connections: Visit sites, call prospects, and create opportunities across Melbourne.
Sell smart: Offer tailored fencing and gate solutions that really meet customer needs.
Own your patch: Manage key accounts, close deals, and hand over seamlessly to the project team.
Stay sharp: Keep your CRM up to date and share insights with estimators and project managers.
Fly the flag: Represent the brand with pride at every client visit, event, or coffee catch-up.
? What You Bring
3+ years of B2B field sales experience (bonus points if it’s in construction, fencing, or trade services!)
A proven track record of smashing sales targets
Top-notch communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Confidence working independently out on the road
A valid driver’s licence and comfort with CRM and quoting tools
Even better if you have:
Experience in fencing, gates, or construction-related products
Knowledge of quoting, estimating, and project handovers
