Job Description
Our work injuries team is dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We now have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Trainee Legal Assistant on a part‑time (4 days per week), permanent basis.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Greeting clients.
- Diary management.
- Assisting with file management.
- Preparation of correspondence.
- Providing day‑to‑day administrative support.

Qualifications
- Experienced Trainee Legal Assistant or someone looking for a new opportunity.
- Strong customer service skills and admin experience.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Team player in a fast‑paced environment with competing demands.
