About the Firm!
Our client is a well-regarded family law firm expanding into Milton, Brisbane. With a strong reputation for delivering expert legal services, they are now opening a new office and are looking for a skilled Family Lawyer to take the lead. This is a rare opportunity to work autonomously while being backed by an established and supportive legal team.
About the Role!
This is your chance to step into a senior role where you’ll have the freedom to manage your own caseload and drive the success of a new office. You’ll handle a broad range of family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Parenting disputes and child custody
- Property and financial settlements
- Domestic violence matters
While you’ll work independently day-to-day,
you’ll have full administrative and legal support from the firm’s wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, with future partnership potential for the right candidate.
What You’ll Need!
- Minimum of 5 years PAE in family law (private practice preferred)
- Solid ability to work autonomously and achieve billable targets
- Exceptional client management and communication skills
- Admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland with a current Practising Certificate
