Ascend Recruit is seeking a reliable, organised, and practical Property Coordinator / Assistant to join a boutique property office run by a friendly, down-to-earth director. This part-time role (3 days/week) combines hands-on property work, office administration, and remote tasks, with flexible hours and occasional support for urgent guest or property needs.
If you enjoy a varied, hands-on role, interacting with guests and service providers, and being part of a supportive small team, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property checks and maintain presentation standards
- Support guest queries with friendly and helpful communication
- Coordinate minor tasks such as restocking, tidying, and liaising with cleaners/trades
- Complete basic administration: updating checklists, uploading photos, sending simple reports
- Assist the operations team to ensure properties are guest-ready and bookings run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, practical, and organised,
with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently across field and remote tasks
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to handle basic admin duties
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence (car allowance provided)
- Experience in real estate or property management preferred
- Certificate in Real Estate
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
