The Prospect
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of Finance will be the second-in-command within the finance function. This is a rare opportunity to lead financial transformation in a business that values integrity, innovation, and care. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a future-ready finance capability that supports Bindaree’s growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial transformation, embedding automation, analytics, and streamlined processes
- Drive cash flow and build robust forecasting, budgeting, and planning frameworks
- Refine team structures and performance metrics for scalability
- Collaborate on cost analysis and pricing strategies to guide profitability
- Manage monthly reporting cycles, statutory obligations, and audit readiness
- Partner with executive and operational leaders to deliver insights and influence strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance and precision across all regulatory and reporting activities
- Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a values-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a commercial mindset with analytical depth. You’ll be a trusted partner across the business, translating financial data into actionable insights and guiding decision-making at every level.
Requirements
- CA/CPA qualification
- Experience in finance leadership, ideally within agriculture or FMCG
- Proven success in financial transformation and strategic partnering
- High-level financial analysis skills and natural business acumen
- A collaborative, curious, and agile approach to leadership
