The Role
As a Manager specialising in HR Transformation, you will lead project teams to design and deliver end‑to‑end people and workforce solutions across complex organisations. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders to diagnose challenges, co‑create future‑state HR models and implement strategies that modernise how organisations attract, retain, develop and engage their people. This is a client‑facing leadership role where you will own key workstreams, manage delivery teams and play a pivotal role in growing our HR Transformation practice.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver HR transformation projects including operating model redesign, organisation design, workforce strategy, change management and HR process optimisation.
- Partner with HR and business executives to understand strategic priorities and shape roadmaps for people and workforce change.
- Oversee project planning, governance, quality assurance and financial management across your engagements.
- Coach and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to practice growth through solution development, proposal support, thought leadership and mentoring.
- Work across industries including public sector, energy, financial services, health, products and more.
About You
You’ll bring a robust consulting toolkit and deep experience in HR or people‑focused transformation. You have a passion for solving complex people challenges and thrive in environments of change, ambiguity and senior‑level stakeholder engagement.
You have:
- 5–8+ years’ experience in management consulting and/or HR transformation roles.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following: HR operating model and service delivery redesign, organisation design and workforce planning, capability and skills transformation, change management and workforce transition, employee experience redesign or HR process improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workstreams and build trusted client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.

Location and Compensation
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia – Annual salary A$130,000.00–A$150,000.00.
