Kitchen Team Member at Dome Cafe Group

We’re looking for passionate and motivated Back of House Team Members to join our team! The role focuses on training team members and providing the necessary tools to effectively carry out your responsibilities.

Overview

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients and menu items are prepared and produced to a consistent high standard for our guests, whilst keeping the kitchen clean and well‑maintained.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and menu items to the highest standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

- Passionate about delivering food to hungry guests
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Initiative to identify tasks needing to be accomplished and ensuring they get done
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Sunday,



between the hours of 5am‑9pm
