Office Manager required to manage our office and salon full time in Narre Warren.
Our business is growing in demand and expanding throughout Australia. We need a agile, compassionate and resourceful person to join our team to assist our clients and our staff. A major part of the role is managing our reception, making appointments for consultations and wig collections, managing stock and supplies and rostering staff in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
We are the leading provider of high quality wigs and hair replacement products throughout Australia and our clients include those going through chemotherapy treatment, those who have alopecia, hair thinning, trichotillomania and many other conditions - they also include people who just want more hair.
The role requires a person with genuine empathy,
high level organisational skills, Microsoft Office, the ability to juggle several calls at once and someone who can work independently and pro-actively.
Australian work rights are required for this position
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for this role.
A minimum of 5 years reception or customer service experience is required.
People with experience in hairdressing or with hair loss are encouraged to apply.
