Ultimate Disability Services (UDS) is expanding across Sydney, and we are recruiting passionate, committed and values-driven Disability Support Workers to join our Greenacre team.

We are now hiring across Greenacre, Bankstown, Punchbowl, Campbelltown, Minto, St Helens Park, Stanhope Gardens and surrounding suburbs.
1. Disability Support Worker (Multiple Vacancies – Greenacre)
About the Role
Support Workers assist NDIS participants with daily living, personal care, social connection, community access, communication support and skill development.
Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care: showering, grooming, dressing, toileting
- Domestic support: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
- Community access, transport and social participation
- Support with communication, daily living skills and capacity-building
- Following participant plans, behaviour support strategies and safety plans
- Accurate documentation, progress notes and incident reporting
- Promoting dignity, choice, independence and inclusion
What You Need
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (desirable but not essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NSW Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
- Strong communication, empathy and teamwork
- Flexibility with shifts
- Ability to follow participant-led, safe-working practices
2. Senior Support Worker / Team Leader
(Sydney – SIL & Community Programs)
About the Role
The Senior Support Worker / Team Leader provides leadership while delivering hands-on support. You will mentor Support Workers, coordinate shifts, support incident management, ensure compliance and maintain strong relationships with families and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and supervise support staff
- Provide direct support to participants
- Assist with roster coordination and shift backfill
- Oversee service quality, documentation and compliance
- Conduct spot checks, audits and coaching sessions
- Participate in incident reporting, reviews and debrief meetings
- Support participant reviews, planning and progress tracking
- Build professional relationships with families, guardians and external providers
What You Need
- Demonstrated experience as a Support Worker
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent (desirable)
- Solid knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, duty of care and WHS
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to foster a positive, inclusive team culture
