Bartons Motor Group is on the hunt for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Event Coordinator to champion all things Brisbane Camperland — one of Queensland’s most loved Caravan & RV dealerships.

This role is all about Brisbane Camperland — planning exciting dealership events, building digital content that speaks to adventurers, and helping elevate a brand that inspires people to hit the open road.
You’ll also lend your skills to marketing projects across Bartons, East Coast Commercials and Annual Pest Management — keeping your work varied, interesting, and full of creative opportunities.
✨ What You’ll Do (and Love)
- Lead events & activations for Brisbane Camperland – expos, dealership events, major promos & lifestyle activations
- Create engaging content for social, EDMs, websites + digital campaigns
- Work closely with the Camperland team to deliver promotions & customer experiences that stand out
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, agencies & internal teams to produce polished marketing assets
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend creative improvements
- Support broader marketing projects across Bartons, East Coast Commercials and Annual Pest Management

A creative thinker. A natural organiser. Someone who loves variety and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves on event day. You bring energy, ideas and a genuine passion for marketing and experiences.
You’ll thrive if you have:
- Experience in marketing, events or comms
- Strong organisational + multitasking skills
- Great written and verbal communication
- Confidence creating content (Canva, Mailchimp, Meta tools, etc.)
- A positive, proactive attitude
- A driver’s licence and flexibility for occasional weekend events
