About the Opportunities
There is scope to bring on:
• Senior Commercial Property Manager
• Junior Commercial Property Manager (full training provided)
• Client-Facing / Business Development Property Manager
Based in Aspley, these roles suit:
• Experienced CPMs wanting a more structured, well-supported workplace
• Residential PMs ready to transition into commercial with proper training
• Property Managers with strong relationship-building skills who enjoy onboarding new clients, portfolio growth, and being the “face” of the business
You’ll manage a quality portfolio with a controlled ramp-up and plenty of support. For the BD-focused option, you’ll work closely with senior management to build relationships, pitch services, onboard new landlords and drive growth – with full operational support behind you.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a well-structured commercial portfolio with a service-first approach
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
• Deliver high-touch service with support from an experienced national team
• Full commercial training and mentoring if transitioning from residential
• For BD-focused PMs: attend meetings, onboard new clients, pitch management services and help expand the commercial portfolio
About You
• Background in property management (commercial or residential)
• Confident communicator who values relationships and service
• Organised, proactive, and committed to long-term career growth
• Interest or experience in client-facing or business development work (highly regarded)
