Privé Hair Organics isn’t your typical hair salon, we are a movement in luxury holistic haircare, artistry, and human performance.
With a team of 16 exceptional creatives, a 6-star client experience, and national recognition for our growth and innovation, we are now looking for an extraordinary Salon Manager to step into a pivotal leadership role as we prepare for expansion in 2026.

- An exceptional leader with proven ability to manage, inspire and develop a team (over 10 people).
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent, with strong experience in staff wellbeing, conflict resolution and coaching.
- A premium customer experience expert who can handle complaints gracefully and turn challenges into loyalty.
- A strategic thinker skilled in budgets, forecasting, stock control and operational efficiency.
- A problem-solver with high ownership and a “no excuses, find the solution” mindset.

Salon experience is desirable but not essential. What matters most is leadership, operational excellence,
and proven results in growing teams and scaling performance.
Your Impact
You’ll be stepping into a business on an upward trajectory, with big goals and the foundations to achieve them.
Your mission will be to:
- Increase client retention and maximise revenue across our existing team.
- Develop, nurture, and elevate staff through performance coaching, reviews, and growth pathways.
- Strengthen our culture of excellence, teamwork and holistic wellness.
- Ensure operations, systems, and processes run with efficiency and consistency.
- Lead Privé Hair Organics as we begin planning our second location for 2026.
This role is central to our next chapter — and you will have full support, investment and trust from the owners.

- Full-time leadership role
- Start date: January 2026
- Location: South Melbourne
- Salary: $80,000–$95,000 base (depending on experience)
- Plus:
- Performance-based revenue share
