Team Member Engineering Services Works - Arborist
Are you passionate about working outdoors, caring for trees, and contributing to the beauty and safety of your community? We are looking for a skilled Arborist who can also bring versatility to our Engineering Services Works programs. If you thrive in a hands-on role and value teamwork, safety and excellence, this is your chance!
What you will do
- Tree care: pruning, removal, stump grinding, wood chipping, sucker removal, and inspections, following strict Risk Assessment and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain arborist equipment safely.
- Support Engineering Services programs: turf and garden maintenance, drainage, irrigation, roads, signage, and litter removal.
- Operate tractors, ride-on mowers, and medium-sized plant and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records using electronic systems.
- Promote teamwork and comply with all OHS requirements.
Essential requirements
- Certificate III in Arboriculture qualification
- A Medium Rigid (MR) licence
- Chainsaw competency
- White Card
- Team player with a can-do attitude
(Police Check required for the preferred applicant)
