Duty Manager – Lead, Inspire, and Elevate at WSAC
Casual Opportunities available | $26.54 - $40.83 per hour + super (rate includes 25% casual loading and is age dependent)

What You’ll Do
- Manage Operations – Oversee daily activities and events, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to policies.
- Safety First – Provide first aid and lead emergency responses with confidence and care.
- Engage & Educate – Connect with patrons, share your passion for our services, and foster a welcoming environment.
- Maintain Standards – Supervise and motivate staff during shifts, upholding WSAC’s high standards of service.
- Technical Expertise – Monitor and manage plant room operations to keep everything running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid First Aid certification and a proactive approach to safety
- Current Lifeguard Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
