What You’ll Do
- Be the first impression – greet members and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Solve and support – handle enquiries, process memberships and bookings, and make every interaction seamless.
- Keep things running smoothly – assist with transactions, cash management, and essential admin tasks.
- Bring the vibe – ensure our community feels valued, supported, and excited to return.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
