You’ll be working directly with the CEO, supporting both the operational backbone of the business and the exceptional customer experience Roccoco is known for.

About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on position supporting the CEO while also coordinating customer enquiries, purchase orders, suppliers, and daily operations. You’ll become the key point of contact for communication, scheduling, and problem resolution.
You’ll need to be sharp, fast, factual, and reliable with excellent emotional awareness and the ability to adapt quickly when plans change.
What You’ll Be Doing
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, communication, and daily priorities
- Prepare meeting briefs, follow-ups, and task lists
- Triage emails and respond to enquiries on behalf of the CEO
- Anticipate needs and ensure the CEO stays focused on high-value work
Customer Service
- Handle customer enquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide clear, factual,
solutions-driven responses
- Process returns, replacements, order issues, and product questions
- Maintain high-quality records in CRM and support logs
Operations & Administration
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and supplier communication
- Follow up on shipments, delays, backorders, and stock issues
- Coordinate logistics, appointments, and bookings
- Maintain organised, efficient file and task systems
Problem-Solving
- Respond quickly to unexpected issues or shifting priorities
- Apply common-sense solutions to daily operational challenges
- Keep workflows moving when things go wrong
- Stay composed and practical under pressure
