For this new position, we seek an experienced and enthusiastic Facilities and Projects Co-ordinator to manage our internal Maintenance team and co-ordinate small scale Capital Works projects across the College. This diverse role will also facilitate maintenance scheduling and planning across all property and buildings, emergency management and security, contractor tenders and service delivery, facilities budgeting, asset management, regulatory facilities requirements and compliance, and ensure adherence to safe work practices.

To be successful in this current role, you will demonstrate:

- Australian residency and the right to work permanently in Australia

- Relevant trade, building and/or project management qualifications

- Previous experience in a senior facilities management role

- Highly developed project management capabilities

- Exceptional planning, organisation and prioritisation skills

- Strong experience in facilities contractor management and negotiation

- The ability to build and supervise a customer focussed, high performing team





- Commercial acumen and the ability to prepare and manage a facilities budget

- Well developed communication and relationship building skills, with a strong customer focus and 'can-do' attitude

- Exceptional knowledge of OHS work practices as related to building and maintenance management

- Well developed IT literacy and system application experience in a facilities management environment

An attractive remuneration package is available depending on experience including base salary circa $120 - 130K neg based on qualifications and experience, 4 weeks annual leave plus an additional 8 days leave per year, use of vehicle, salary packaging and other benefits.
