Primary Objective:
As part of the school leadership team, provide creative leadership and management to implement departmental and school-based policies and programs to achieve optimal educational outcomes for students. The Senior Teacher will work collaboratively with other members of the Gapuwiyak School leadership team to build capacity of all staff, to identify and work towards ongoing school improvements to achieve quality educational outcomes for students with a specific focus on Curriculum Support for Primary and Homelands students.
