We are looking for a dependable Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations and handle routine financial tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable managing both administrative duties and basic banking activities.
Primary Duties
Coordinate schedules, appointments, travel plans, and general communications.
Manage documents, correspondence, and personal errands.
Process payments, invoices, and expenses; maintain clear financial records.
Carry out authorized banking tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and account-related follow-ups.
Protect all personal and financial information and comply with established approval and security procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Trustworthy, skilled, and attentive to detail.
Working knowledge of payment handling and basic banking procedures; competent with standard office software.
Qualifications
Experience in administrative or personal assistant roles.
Solid organizational and communication skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
Basic financial and banking literacy; proficiency with office software.
Candidate must have an ABN (Australia Business Number
Job Types: Part time, Permanent
Pay: $52,997.35 – $70,998.82 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
