We are seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Internal Sales & Administration Officer to join our team. This position has become available due to an internal promotion, offering a great chance for someone looking to gain experience and contribute to a busy and supportive workplace.
About the Role:
In this wide-ranging and fast-paced role, you will support our sales and operations teams by assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and customer service activities. Key responsibilities include:
Accurate order entry and processing
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating and booking freight
General office and administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Pronto ERP is an advantage
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
