About Us
Cornetts IGA is looking for a highly motivated Produce Manager to work in our Cloncurry store.
You will be hands-on in your approach and enjoy physical work; ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
Experience:
Previous management experience, to lead a small to medium team
Ability to drive sales ,achieve budgets and exceed targets
Knowledge and experience with OH&S; and safety requirements
Experience in training and coaching other team members
Skills:
Excellent communication skills ,able to communicate clearly and negotiate with people from different backgrounds and roles
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills
Positive literacy and numeracy skills (for example: ability to calculate hours, conduct stocktakes, comprehend company policies
Excellent Customer Service skills
