Position Overview:
Keystone Civil is a boutique civil construction firm specialising in road projects, renewables, and pipeline works. Founded in 2014, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects while staying true to our core values: CAN DO, CONNECTED, and COMMITTED. With approximately 70 employees, we are not focused on being the biggest, but the best at what we do.
We are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging qualified who is eager to learn, thrives in a dynamic setting, and is passionate about contributing to high-quality civil infrastructure projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will:
Provide engineering support to Project leads and Site Supervisors for construction activities
Assist with planning, scheduling and resource allocation for project delivery
Support weekly program tracking and reporting
Assist the Project Manager with procurement tasks and supplier coordination
Be the champion of the Quality Management Plan
Ensure that all sub-contractors and suppliers are engaged in accordance with the Procurement Plan
Review and help maintain daily diaries and site documentation
Support the development and maintenance of project lookaheads
About you:
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Some exposure to civil construction (through internships, placements, or project work) in areas such as road construction, water/sewer infrastructure, land development, or earthworks
A strong interest in quality, safety, and environmental practices
Excellent documentation and organisational skills
Self-motivated with a positive team-focused attitude
Robust time management skills and a willingness to learn how to manage budgets and track production
