About Us:
The Brew Spot is a locally owned café in the heart of North Strathfield’s Bakehouse Quarter, known for quality coffee, fresh food, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our friendly, close-knit team.
About the Role:
Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee
Deliver warm, productive, and professional customer service
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace
Assist with general café duties, including taking orders, serving food, and cleaning
Work collaboratively and support the team during busy periods
About You:
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a barista in a quick-paced café
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
