We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate who is driven to add value and contribute to a multi-award-winning team. This role is centred on customer engagement, lead generation, and providing essential out-of-office support, including open-for-inspection, buyer appointments, and final inspections.
While previous experience in real estate is desirable, we place significant value on attitude, work ethic and ambition. This is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career in real estate sales—ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, grow and succeed.
Requirements
Highly skilled presentation and grooming
Robust work ethic and eagerness to learn
Confident communication and excellent phone manner
Tech savvy – experience with Box & Dice is highly regarded
Current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
Real estate sales experience preferred but not essential
Chinese language skills are advantageous
Ability to complete a Police Check
