We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated GRILL CHEF , to work in a fast paced environment , coupled with a high standard for quality that must not be compromised

What we are looking for:
3+ years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced , high volume environment on a flame grill and other busy sections
A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification
Advanced understanding of steak cuts and grades
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Team players who thrive under pressure and share the same passion to learn, grow and thrive together in a bury workplace
The successful applicants will work along the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating and planning new menus
Will select , recruit , train and supervise new staff
Will estimate food and workforce costs
Must ensure that Breslin's high quality of food is maintained at all times
Must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
