REMA TIP TOP is seeking Experienced Mechanical Conveyor Skirt Technicians for ongoing opportunities throughout WA on a casual basis.
Duties and tasks - Conveyor Skirt Technicians:
Maintaining and repairing conveyor belt systems associated with Hard Skirts.
Have a sound understanding and knowledge of how a skirt system is assembled/disassembled.
Can set skirts to a high quality and at a sound rate.
Other duties included but not limited to, roller frames, skirting systems, belt tracking units, and conveyor structures.
Completing conveyor safety and operational inspections
Adhere and possess solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
Job requirements for both positions:
Minimum of 18 months experience - Essential
Hard Skirt Experience - Essential
Right To Work in Australia - Passport or Birth Cert
Current Driver's License
Trade Certificate (Desired but not essential)
Confined Spaces ticket.
Working at Heights ticket
Gas Test Atmospheres ticket
MSIC (advantageous)
White Card
High Risk Work License - Basic Rigging and Dogging (Highly Advantageous - incentives available for this)
