Carbone Lawyers is seeking a dedicated Client Intake Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Client Intake Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Managing all new client incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Collecting relevant client data
Ensuring accurate data entry into our case management system
Referring calls and enquiries to relevant stakeholders
Ensuring phones are responded to expeditiously
When not responding to enquiries, performing Paralegal tasks such as
Preparing legal correspondence and court documents;
General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, etc;
File management using our legal management software;
Preparing and editing correspondence.
You will ideally be currently completing your undergraduate studies and available to work full-time. You will have:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Experience in high volume customer service or call centre roles within a legal or qualified services workplace
Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively in a fast-paced work setting
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
